Checkout 
Checkout is 12 noon unless otherwise stated (i.e. group bookings). If you need to extend your stay or require a later checkout please contact reception as soon as you can. Although we try to accommodate these requests it is not always possible to do so.

Doctor 
If you are feeling unwell please let reception know, and if necessary we can contact a local doctor. Alternatively, you could call NHS Direct which offers free professional medical advice, on 0845 4647.
Fire
The fire assembly point is located outside the Premier Dry Cleaner (20m from the hotel on the right). Please ensure you have read the evacuation notice displayed in your bedroom. If you have a disability which means you would be unable to hear the alarm or would need help leaving the building in the event of a fire, please inform reception on arrival.
In order to conform with Health and Safety standards our fire alarms will be tested every Monday morning at 10.30am. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.

We can offer an express laundry and dry cleaning service from Monday
to Friday. Please leave your laundry at reception the night before to ensure next day return. Laundry bags and a price list can be found in your room.
Luggage 
Please ask at Reception if you require assistance when checking in or out. Some luggage can be stored if required but it is left at your own risk.
Maintenance  
Should you experience any difficulties with any aspect of your room, please report it to reception as soon as possible.
Nightlife
Kensington has many bars, clubs and restaurants. Reception will be happy
to help with a recommendations. A good guide to going out is Time Out.
Parking
There is limited meter parking nearby. Parking is free between 18:30 - 8:00, Sundays and Bank Holidays. The nearest car park is Hornton Street Car Park, Hornton Place W8 4LZ, which is a two minute walk away.
